Currently, we only offer bank transfer as a payment method – depending on the country and bank details, either as:
- SEPA bank transfer
- SWIFT bank transfer
How long does a bank transfer approximately take?
The duration depends on the type of transfer and the banks involved. As a rough guide:
- SEPA transfer: usually 1–2 business days
- SWIFT transfer: often 2–5 business days (sometimes a bit longer depending on bank/country)
Please note that weekends and public holidays generally do not count as business days and may therefore make the processing time seem longer.
Activation of Premium Features
Premium features are not activated immediately after sending the transfer, but only once the money has been received and subsequently posted. As soon as the posting is completed, Premium is automatically activated and you can use the additional features right away.

If you experience problems with payment (e.g. uncertainties about the transfer data, queries regarding the payment, or missing activation), please contact our support by email. We will assist you promptly and check the payment status.
