Certain functions on our platform are only available to you when you are logged in. This mainly applies to areas where personal settings, protected content, or actions are linked to your user account. Once you are logged in, we can provide these functions to you securely and reliably.
For login, you only need two pieces of information: your email address and your password. These data are used to uniquely identify your account and protect access. Make sure to use the email address with which you registered.
On the login page you will also find a convenient option: You can activate a checkbox to stay logged in. If you select this, your login usually remains valid for up to 30 days. This is especially helpful if you use the platform regularly and do not want to log in again each time. Please use this function primarily on private devices – on public or shared devices, we recommend refraining from doing so.
If you have forgotten your password, that’s no problem: Directly on the login page, you can request a new password via the "Forgot password" feature. You will then receive an email with the next steps to securely reset your password and regain access to your account.
Don’t have an account yet? That can be fixed quickly as well: From the login page, you can directly switch to registration and create a new user account. This will then allow you to use all functions that require logging in.
