If you have forgotten your password, you can quickly and securely reset it using the "Forgot Password" feature. The process is designed to be simple for you — while also protecting your data.
First, please enter the email address you used to register on the platform. Important: A reset email will only be sent if a valid email address is entered.
For security reasons, you will not receive an error message if no user account exists for the entered email address. This means that even if the address is not registered with us, it will not be indicated whether an account exists or not. Therefore, it is especially important that you use the correct email address — the one with which your account was created.
If the email address is correct and an account exists, you will receive a message from us. This email contains a link through which you can reset your password. Once you click the link, you will be redirected to a page where you can set a new password.
To ensure your new password is sufficiently secure, the following requirements apply:
- Your password must be at least 10 characters long
- It must contain at least one uppercase letter
- It must contain at least one lowercase letter
- It must contain at least one number
As soon as you have saved the new password, you can then log in as usual with your email address and the new password.
