In profile management you can manage profiles that have been released to you for supervision by other account types. This is especially practical if you not only use your own account but also need to maintain profiles for other persons or organizations – for example, as an administrator, team member, or agency.
Access works via an access key:
Another profile or another account type can provide you with such a key. As soon as you store this access key in profile management, you receive the authorization to manage exactly the profile that created the key. This ensures that only authorized persons gain access to foreign profiles – and only to the profiles that have been explicitly released.
After logging in, you therefore have an additional option:
If multiple profiles are assigned to you, you can select between different profiles depending on which one you want to edit or view. This greatly simplifies daily tasks when you manage multiple profiles because you don’t have to use separate accounts each time.
Even while you are already logged in, flexibility remains: you can switch profiles directly within the platform without logging out or logging in again. This allows you to quickly switch between different profiles and manage the appropriate settings and content each time.
