In the Account Settings → Account area, you can view, update, and save your personal contact details at any time. This not only helps ensure your account is maintained correctly, but is also important so that certain processes work reliably (e.g. support requests or – if applicable – billing and payment procedures).
You can edit and save the following data there:
- Salutation
- First Name
- Last Name
- Address
These details can be changed directly in the respective fields and then saved. After saving, the data will be applied to your account.
Your email address is also displayed. Important: The email address cannot be changed independently in this area. This is a security measure, as the email address usually serves as the login identifier. If you want to change your email address, please contact our support so that the change can be made securely and correctly.
Important note on payment functions:
As soon as you want to use paid additional functions, this contact data is mandatory. Please make sure that salutation, name, and address are complete and correct. Only in this way can payment functions be provided reliably and delays or problems in processing be avoided.
